There are two versions of A Poet’s Notebook:
A daily free version where you will see what I am reading from many of the poets, writers and artists that inspire me.
A paid subscriber version ($5/month) that features reading lists, publication links, close readings and deep dives, craft talks, vintage book porn, lesson plans, prompts and rituals for new writing as well as occasional interviews with other poets. Subscribers also have access to a dedicated group chat to build community and request content.

The Friend is a poet and teacher who lives in New York City and author of two books of poems: The Late Parade (2013) and George Washington (2016) from Norton/Liveright. They are a professor of creative writing at Rutgers University.
